See What’s Possible

SWP

Me and Aras submitted a video for a competition held by Adobe.

The video on SWP site.

For over 20 years, Adobe® Photoshop® software has enabled its users to push the boundaries of visual experience. In partnership with Cut&Paste, Adobe now turns to our talented communities to offer a challenge: Compose an engaging 15-second or less animation or motion graphic video of the Photoshop brand logo that illustrates the theme of “See What’s Possible.” The winning work must incorporate and close with the Adobe Photoshop logo and will be used by Adobe as part of an upcoming Photoshop marketing campaigns.
The project was our first big collaboration, as we used to create some small collaboration artwork or concept before. This one was quite massive, we spent like 4 days in a row to work together, from concept, story, assets, artwork, editing, and final rendering. See the result and vote for us!.

the Dancer

the dancer

An artwork made from a photo of a dance performance in the Nieuwe Anita Amsterdam. The piece is made using a mix media style approach. A photomanipulation technique is combined with a hand drawn illustration and manual coloring and texturing technique.

The piece described the dynamic, form and meaning in the movement of a dance. It was my personal interpretation of nature and classical beauty in a more classical type of dance performance.
